Processing Time
Orders are processed within 3 business days (Monday–Friday). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Shipping Methods
We ship via USPS and UPS. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight — no surprises.

Local Pickup
Free local pickup is available in Washoe County, Nevada. Select local pickup at checkout or contact us at littlepinestradingco@gmail.com to arrange.

Shipping Times
Delivery estimates begin after processing and may be affected by carrier delays outside our control. We pack every ceramic vessel carefully — but if something arrives damaged, contact us immediately and we'll fix it.
