Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy. If something isn't right, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll make it right.

Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your candle must be unburned and in its original packaging. You'll need your receipt or order confirmation as proof of purchase. Used or burned candles cannot be returned — we hope you understand.

To start a return
Email us at littlepinestradingco@gmail.com. We'll send you a return shipping label and instructions. Please don't send anything back without contacting us first — we won't be able to accept it.

Damaged or wrong items
Inspect your order when it arrives. If something is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us immediately and we'll evaluate and fix it — no hassle.

Non-returnable items
Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the original item once approved, then place a new order.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Bank processing times vary. If 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven't seen your refund, email us at littlepinestradingco@gmail.com.
