Shipping Information
Processing Time
- Regular orders are processed within 3-5 business days (Monday-Friday)
- Pre-orders are treated as custom orders with a 2-week turnaround time before shipping
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day
- You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships
Shipping Methods & Timeframes
We ship via USPS with the following options:
- USPS Ground Advantage: 2-5 business days
- USPS Priority Mail: 1-3 business days
- USPS Priority Mail Express: 1-2 business days
Shipping times begin after processing and may be delayed during peak seasons or due to USPS service disruptions beyond our control.
Shipping Rates
- All shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and selected shipping method
- Free Local Pickup available in Washoe County, Nevada - contact us to arrange
- We currently ship within the United States only
Special Handling
- All ceramic and glass items are carefully wrapped in protective materials
- Fragile items are marked and insured for safe delivery
- We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

Return & Exchange Policy
Return Window
- 30 days from delivery date to initiate a return
- Items must be in original, unused condition with all original packaging
What Can Be Returned
- ✅ Unused candles in original condition
- ✅ Unused soap in original packaging
- ✅ Unworn earrings with original packaging
- ✅ Items damaged during shipping (contact us immediately)
What Cannot Be Returned
- ❌ Used or burned candles
- ❌ Used soap
- ❌ Earrings worn or damaged by customer
- ❌ Items returned after 30 days
- ❌ Custom orders and pre-orders
Return Process
- Contact us first: Email littlepinestradingco@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
- Get approval: We'll provide return authorization and instructions
- Ship it back: Use provided return label or ship at your expense
- Get refunded: Refunds processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the item
Return Shipping
- Our fault (damaged, wrong item): We provide prepaid return label
- Customer preference (changed mind, wrong size): Customer pays return shipping
- Exchanges: We cover return shipping if exchanging for same value item or store credit
Refunds
- Refunds issued to original payment method
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless item was damaged/defective)
- Return shipping costs are deducted from refund (when customer pays)
Damaged or Missing Items
If Your Order Arrives Damaged
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of damage and packaging
- We'll replace or refund immediately at no cost to you
Lost Packages
- Contact us if tracking shows delivered but you didn't receive it
- We'll work with the carrier to investigate
- Replacement or refund provided once investigation concludes
Wrong Item Received
- Contact us immediately - we'll fix it right away
- Provide prepaid return label for wrong item
- Rush ship correct item at no charge
